School of Hospitality Management is committed to develop leaders, managers and entrepreneurs for the International Hospitality Industry. Curriculum of the school has been designed to provide best available balance of hospitality skills and business acumen. All the labs are well furnished with state of the art equipment and the academic team of the school has vast experience in hospitality operations, academics and research. Learning takes place in spacious, centrally air-conditioned classrooms fitted with contemporary audio visual equipment. Pedagogy includes discussion and debate in an academic environment, where professors and students encourage each other to uncover new ideas and find creative solutions to challenging problems.

At present students get real life exposure at the Marriott Hotel Resort and Spa Surat and Courtyard By Marriott, Surat. AURO University along with its parent company, AURO Hotels, U.S.A., is in the process of developing a hotel within campus in a couple of years. Because of our collaboration many eminent Hospitality personalities from around the globe have visited the campus and interacted with the students. School of Hospitality has been guiding it students to AURO hotel properties in U.S.A. and in India for Internship; which is an integral part of any hospitality course.
